Role

  1. Managing inbound calls at call center
  2. Have a good communication ability
  3. Can Communicate in MANDARIN and ENGLISH
  4. 2 Working location to choose either Jalan Semarak or TTDI (free to choose)
  5. Able to work in shift ( 8 hours a day / 5 days a week but 2 days off not neccesarily weekend)

P/s: Call centre only operate from 7 am to 2 am.
For exp: If you being schedule to start on 7am, you only work to 4pm. Last shift is 5pm to 2am.

Remuneration
RM1700-1900 + RM300 (performance bonus – to be paid monthly) + other allowances (include OT, transport reimbursement)

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM with credit BM and English
  • Contract based 6 months but expandable to 3 years or permanent (subject to performance)
